        I am writing this letter to recommend the services of Code-3 Graphics. I recently retired as a Police Sergeant with the University of California, Berkeley Police Department. I managed the police fleet for UCPD. During the past eight years, owner Brian Czechowski has provided graphic service for the University of California, Berkeley Police Department fleet. The fleet included police vehicles, motorcycles, golf carts, all terrain vehicles, and transport vans.

	Code-3 Graphics serviced our entire fleet. We were very impressed with Brian Czechowski’s creativity when he designed the new police stars for UCPD’s fleet. He effectively updated all fleet vehicles with the new design. Code-3 Graphics also provided service for our newly purchased vehicles. Brian Czechowski has always responded in a professional and timely manner for service requests. His work was immaculate. We were always completely satisfied with his workmanship.

       Our Agency has been working with Brian Czechowski, owner of Code-3 Graphics, since 2011. 

	I had an urgent need and I called Brian last week and asked him if it was possible to get a complete setup for one of our vehicles prior to a BIA inspection. Brian came to my home, setup the graphics and was able to finish the graphics prior to the BIA inspection.

       Midway Signs and Graphics, run by Brian and his family are just about perfect. As a graphic designer and glass artist I have very specific needs when it comes to my art. What I do is a rather complicated process with its' own terminology and attention to detail. A part of that process is to create a mask to sand blast a design onto the glass. In the years that I have been making art glass Brian is the first person I have met that speaks my language. He understood what I needed with little explanation and had the equipment and knowledge necessary to make what I had in mind. As for cost; this is the first time in my life that I recommended someone charge me more for what they were doing for me. He declined the recommendation. Thanks to Midway Signs and Graphics for their excellent work. I will definitely be back with other crazy ideas and projects.
